In keeping with the recommendation of the CDC regarding mass gatherings, the 2020 National Meeting has been canceled. We are working through cancellations and issuing refunds to those who already registered, this should be completed by the end of March.
We are keeping a close on predicted outcomes for the summer and how it may impact our summer meetings. As of right now the summer meeting are still being planned as normal. One of our key priorities is your safety and health. Our team is monitoring the situation regularly and gauging the potential risks. We’re also working closely with the event venues to ensure they are following guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As additional information becomes available, we reserve the right to cancel these meetings at anytime. In the event of a cancellation by NAED, registrant’s sole remedy will be a full refund of registration fees.
If attendees find themselves uncomfortable with attending our upcoming conferences, NAED will waive all NAED event cancellation fees as long as cancellation is received in writing 7 days prior to the conference.
