As a Diamond Level contributor you will be receive the following benefits:

As a Silver, Bronze or Cobat contributor you will receive the following benefits:

Cobalt Level: Annual sales under $1 million–suggested contribution is $250

Bronze Level: Annual sales $1 - $5 million–suggested contribution: $500

Silver Level: Annual sales under $5 - $10 million–suggested contribution: $1,000

Gold Level: Annual sales under $10 - $25 million–suggested contribution: $2,500
